Why are people focusing primarily on his “romantic” side?
While I can understand that Luigi is clearly attractive, I can’t help but get baffled and annoyed when I see immature, inappropriate, and frankly, annoying comments about dating him. I can’t lie, I’ve been really obsessed with the message we think he’s trying to spread and I admire his values. But I’m not sending him creepy stuff in the mail and thinking about our marriage. I just find it really frustrating and can’t help but roll my eyes when someone says something so out of touch. Especially here, there are posts about important information and opinions revolving the case and then there’s just a comment about wanting to send him clothes. Who cares who he dated? Who cares if he’s gay? I care about details that pertain to the case. I feel bad for him. Sorry for the rant.a doubt

Conflicting evidence between surveyors on same lot
Hello all. I did a boundary survey on a lot (this is in Virginia) some time back that had a lot of conflicting evidence on and off the property. There were original and more modern corners out there; none of which worked all that well. I held and balanced what seemed to be the best, prioritizing original markers (given the age of the subdivision and having done a ton of work in the area...they are quite obvious) and stuff found on the property. Now, this owner (who was a weird untrusting sort to begin with) has gotten another survey by another company (tale as old as time...asshole neighbor and the subject property wanted a second opinion) that conflicts with the one I did. Not enormous, but the error is greater in some spots, and is up to 0.7' off. Obviously this other surveyor has held different things than I had. They said they also held some original markers. How should i proceed with talking the other surveyor and these clients? What if the other surveyor digs their heels in? Should I tell the client...hey every surveyor comes to their conclusion a bit differently and the true location of things may be somewhere in between the two surveys? I want to avoid any sort of court at all costs. Although I stand by my work and can back up how I've solved the boundary, I'd even give them their money back to make it go away (though that may come across as "admitting guilt"). Polo GTI (AW), good idea?
Hey r/CarTalkUK, So I’m 22yo and currently driving a 987 Boxster, managed to get a great deal on it and insurance was extremely reasonable for such a car at my age. However, after over a year of ownership and still being young and on a budget, upkeep and fuel costs are becoming more of a concern for me so I’m looking to get into something more modern and sensible. My main concerns are ~£15k purchase cost, 2021 onwards, ~25k miles, cheaper tax and servicing costs. I’m really after something that still has value if it’s serviced at home/by a local garage rather than having to pay specialist labour fees. After flicking through Autotrader with some filters, I’m really impressed with the Polo GTI+ and recently was very content with a test drive last week. I’m also a fan of the upgrade path available with TCU and ECU maps without much need for parts as it’s just a detuned Golf GTI engine. I just want to ask am I missing something? Are there any glaring issues with this model to be aware of? I’ve only heard of water pumps going ~60K miles, and that the Bridgestone Terranzas it comes with are dire. In terms of other models a fiesta ST-3 sounds similar but insurance is higher, it seems to be much cheaper build quality and the only benefits are the LSD and driving engagement of a manual. I think the more of a chance to have to drive it harder the more issues I’ll face replacing brakes, tyres and suspension parts just as I have with the Porsche. Any advice is greatly appreciated, sorry for being so long-winded! TL;DR Want to swap a 987 Boxster for something more sensible, I like the Polo GTI as it seems great value for what you get but just want some peace of mind/extra knowledge in case I’ve missed something.Haband Promo Code January 2025

My org has AADJ-joined, Intune managed Windows devices. We do not want end-users to be able to install Windows Store apps. We have therefore blocked access to the Windows. We have Applocker deployed, but we have an exception for all Microsoft-signed MSIX files. This exception presumably required so internal MSIX based apps like Calculator can run (I think this is an Applocker default). We have realized that end-users can still navigate to [https://apps.microsoft.com](https://apps.microsoft.com), download an MSIX, and then run it. The MSIX runs fine because seemingly every store app is signed with a Microsoft certificate, and therefore the default Applocker exception allows it.
